Terms of use

PaySight, by Digitier, LLC · Effective 16 September 2026

These terms cover the PaySight app and the paysight.com website, both provided by Digitier, LLC, a California limited liability company in Riverside, California.

What PaySight is

PaySight is a tool for tracking an allowance inside a family. The balances it shows are a record you keep, not money held by Digitier. Settling up between a parent and a child happens outside the app, in cash, by Apple Cash, or however your family chooses.

Who may use it

The app is for parents and guardians, who may let their children use it in kid mode. The early-access list on this website is for adults.

Your responsibilities

Keep the parent PIN to yourself. Decisions made in the app, approving a purchase, ending a rental, paying an allowance, are yours. PaySight records them; it doesn't make them.

What we provide

The app is offered as is, and we work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will be free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Digitier, LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app or this site. Nothing in the app is financial advice.

Trademarks

PaySight and the PaySight mark belong to Digitier, LLC. Apple, iPhone, iCloud, and Apple Cash are trademarks of Apple Inc. Other names belong to their owners.

Changes

When the family plan with real money launches, separate terms will apply to it, and you'll be asked to accept them before using it.

Governing law

California law applies, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Riverside County, California.
